Browse for Folder

This fix was first reported by tsetya (see here)

Issue(s):
When a program opens a Browse for Folder dialog, the directory tree is missing and it is therefore not possible to select a folder -

With fix applied -

Note(s):

• This fix does not work with Windows 6.0.**** sources (including Windows Vista).

• In addition to the file and registry dependencies listed below, a "%UserProfile%\Desktop" directory may also be required. The default path for %UserProfile% in WinPE is "X:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile"

This feature requires the following file dependencies -
\Windows\System32\ExplorerFrame.dll \Windows\System32\*\ExplorerFrame.dll.mui

Some releases of Windows 10 also require the following file -
\Windows\System32\edputil.dll
